Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
Credit Card Guarantee: The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 10% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-out must be done by 10:00 AM. In case of delay, the cost of an additional night may be charged. A tourist tax is required (not included in the price of the room), to be paid by bank transfer, Paypal or cash. Upon prior agreement, the house is cleaned and linen changed every 3 days, to allow for cleaning it is recommended to leave the house free from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Final cleaning is included in the price. Additional cleaning of the rooms, if requested, will cost €30.00. It is possible to prepare food in the living area. It is not possible to welcome guests in the rooms and/or apartment. It is not permitted to organize parties or scenes with external guests. It is not permitted to make noise between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM and between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM;
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Pets of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility

Guests will have at their disposal a 100 square meter apartment in classic style, with a large living room that boasts a splendid frescoed ceiling, witness to past eras that come back to memory and in harmony with elements and furnishings of the modern era.
